Shipping Instructions
- Wrap the Varmala - Carefully wrap the varmala in paper to protect it.
- Secure in Plastic - Place the wrapped varmala in a plastic bag or wrap it in plastic to ensure it stays secure and dry.
- Use Appropriate Box Size - Choose a box that is not too large, ensuring the varmala fits snugly to prevent movement during transit.
After packing, please take a clear photo of the package. This step is mandatory. I will do the same once I receive the package.
Payment and Shipping Details
-No Advance Payment - I do not take advance payment. Ensure the payment is cleared before the courier is sent out. Tracking Information -The tracking number and receipt will be shared once the package is shipped.
Important Notes
Unique Art Pieces - Every artwork is unique. Designs submitted to create a comparable artwork can be used as a guide, but they cannot be created alike. Bubbles in Resin -Bubbles in resin curing and casting, especially with flowers, are a part of the process. Even though all precautions are taken, they can and will happen.
Varmala Return
Please specify if you want the varmala to be returned back. Note that shipping costs for the return will be extra.
The Preservation Process for Varmala/Bouquet
Fresh flowers go under preservation for two weeks. Please do not keep your flowers in a box or fridge just hang it outside (air dry). Total preservation and encasing process for Fresh flowers is four weeks and dried flowers is two weeks.
